24hr beauty fitness rituals


  • While still being on bed, give a good stretch to your body. Flex your toes out, put your hands up above the head and straighten your spine for overall body health
  • Sit up in a crossed leg position, rub your palms, warm them, cover your face with warm energized palms and tab all over the face for a glowing skin
  • Surya Namaskar is the best for a full body stretch, it enables good digestive functioning
  • Take a deep breath, fill up your mouth, hold the breath with both your thumbs, cover the nostrils, drop your chin on your chest, hold for 20 secs and then breathe out, bring your chin up. Do this 3-5 times for a radiant skin
  • Exhale through your mouth and inhale fresh oxygen through your nose for better blood circulation


  • Step out of bed, put your hand up in the air, stretch back, while breathing out, bend down and hold. Slowly come back, repeat this 2-3 times for treating fine lines, puffed eyes and for a healthy scalp


  • Come to the edge of the seat, keeping your waist stable, twist left and right taking the support of the corner of the seat and the back rest of the chair. Repeat this 2-3 times for a healthy spine and back muscle strengthening
  • While you wash your face splash lot of water and massage well in a circular motion for a better blood flow
  • Always take stairs, walk as much as you can for a good calorie burn and as you sweat you also flush out toxins from your body which makes for a great facial treatment


  • Before bed, sit in Vajra Asana and then baby pose on the bed. Make this an everyday ritual to attain beautiful skin, hair and toned facial features
